Please bring your Order Form along with full payment (in cash) to Playgroup by Monday 5th December 2011. If you are unable to attend Playgroup on Monday 5th December but would still like to place an order, please contact Julie as soon as possible. If you forgot to grab an order form, you can pick one up on Friday or fill one in on Monday. Prices are $10 for one 5x7" print, $15 for two 5x7" prints, $20 for three 5x7" prints or $6 each for four or more 5x7" prints.

If you will not be at Playgroup to collect the photos on Monday 12th December, please advise and photos can be posted to you or other arrangements can be made.
